Position: Associate (Corporate Lawyer)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bekasi Branch Office

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other corporate legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of corporate/commercial matters, including regulatory compliance and governance.

• Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactions.

• Offer general corporate advisory services, such as company set-up and structuring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient completion of transactions and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law.

• Must hold an Advocate License and be in good standing.

• Proven track record in handling various corporate transactions and advisory matters.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Male/Female, but not open to fresh graduates (prior corporate legal experience is essential).
